Providers in the network are independent businesses. Each one manages its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may involve contacting the provider, and send you our findings and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
